Leadership Team

The Trezevant Board of Directors provides outstanding leadership by upholding the vision, purpose and values of Trezevant and serves to set the broad policies, direction and priorities of our community. The board provides fiduciary oversight, maintaining the integrity of services and products for the benefit of all community residents.

We are justifiably proud of the leaders who have served and continue to serve on the Trezevant Board of Directors. They give generously of their time and talents to help our community fulfill our mission of providing a rewarding and secure retirement lifestyle.

Senior Staff

John Webb, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Webb has been the C.E.O. of the organization for the past eight years after serving several years on the Board of Directors. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky and graduate studies at the Schools of Business at the University of Alabama and the University of Memphis. A Certified Public Accountant, his career experience includes public accounting, banking, public finance, land development, commercial construction and financial consulting.

Dawn Wade, Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Wade has served as CFO at Trezevant for the past thirteen years. She has worked in the healthcare industry for almost two decades. Mrs. Wade has been a staff accountant for Riddle Memorial Hospital and director of accounting for Riddle Village. Mrs. Wade was awarded her bachelor of science degree from Widener University in Chester, Pa.
